The song discovers Eminem freestyling about his rapping abilities, lyrical mastery and strength, and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on his life.

The track is included in the deluxe version of Eminem’s Music to Be Murdered By project. It is one of 16 new songs the Michigan rapper incorporated on the Side B edition. Released on December 18, 2020, 11 months after the main album.

As usual, Eminem references Billie Eilish during the song. He hints at a 2019 interview given by Billie Eilish, in which she admitted to being scared of the rapper.
