The singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran performed Nostalgic song titled ‘Old Phone’ on the The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Ed Sheeran who recently appeared on The Tonight Show performed a new song, Old Phone. The ‘Shape Of You’ hitmaker perfomed this Nostalgic song while discussing about his upcoming album with the Tonight Show’s host Jimmy Fallon. Sheeran also confirmed that the title of the upcoming album will be ‘Play’.

The English singer explained how he got the idea of making this new song. He said that the song was inspired by his 2016’s lawsuit case. In his own words, ED Sheeran said: “I was in that lawsuit a couple of years ago and in the lawsuit, they order you to give up all your old devices. So I handed everything in, but I moved to a tablet in 2015 just on e-mail. I switched my phone off 2015 and left it in a box. And then, when I went through that lawsuit, I got my phone out again and had to go through like all the voice notes and the pictures and all that stuff for the lawyers.”
Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran did not forget to perform his 2017’s mega hit ‘Shape Of You’. The singer and Jimmy together gave a different version of ‘Shape Of You’ to the audience.
