A Christmas song by Dolly Parton, which released on October 11, 1982. Dolly Parton did her version of the song 4 years later, where it ranked number 8 on the U.S. country singles chart in January 1983.
The original version performed in the 1978 musical The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.
“Earlier this month I decided I didn’t want to wait another year to record Hard Candy Christmas, and Buddy Ross and I managed to finish it remotely in 6 days! I want to thank @stem for helping me get my first self-released song out into the world just in time,” Amber Coffman tweeted.
