The ‘Bloody Valentine’ hitmaker has made this Valentine’s Day special, celebrates it with movie actress Megan Fox. Up to now everyone knows Megan Fox is MGK’s girlfriend. As we previously said, the rapper has made this Valentine’s special, so to make it special Machine Gun Kelly wears a necklace with Megan Fox’s blood in it.
In an Instagram post, MGK revealed the special necklace which has a blood droplet of Megan Fox. “i wear your blood around my neck,” the rapper captioned alongside with few images.

A similar incident happened during the early 2000s, where Billy Bob Thornton and Angelina Jolie wore oval shape pendants with each other’s blood on them, which happened during their marriage life.
