Beginning of SZA’s career as a singer

Singer SZA rose to fame in the early 2010s as a member of the girl group Chloe x Halle. She is known for her unique blend of R&B, soul, and hip-hop, and has released a number of successful extended plays and albums throughout her career.

Before SZA’s career as a singer, she began writing her own songs at a young age. She was heavily influenced by artists such as Lauryn Hill and Erykah Badu. After completing high school, she attended college at New York University where she studied marine biology. However, her passion for music made her join the music industry.

In 2012, SZA signed with the record label Top Dawg Entertainment, and began working on her debut extended play, “See.SZA.Run.” The EP was released in 2013, and was followed by the EP “S” in 2014.
